Where are my files stored?

Files are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links.

Are the signatures legally valid?

Rules differ by country and document type. DocSigna records who signed and when, but we can't give legal advice. Check your own requirements.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal. Your documents stay available to view and download.
