What happens to your document, how signers are verified, and what evidence you get.
What happens to your document
- Files travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Files are kept in private storage, not at a public address.
- Files open only through short-lived secure links.
How signers are verified
- Each signer gets a unique link that works only for them.
- Before viewing the document, the signer enters a one-time code sent to their email.
- With sequential signing, the next signer can only sign after the previous one.
- Signing requests are rate-limited to slow down guessing.
Evidence you receive
- Document ID: a permanent ID printed in the footer of the completed PDF.
- Sign ID: printed under each signature.
- Document hash: a SHA-256 fingerprint of the original file, and of the final signed file.
- Public verify page: anyone with the Document ID can check a document.
Certificate of Completion contents
- Document title, Document ID, page count and original file SHA-256
- Sender, and created, sent and completed timestamps (UTC and Riyadh time)
- For each signer: name, email, role, Sign ID and verification method
- IP address and browser (user agent) recorded at signing
- Each signer's electronic signature consent
- Full activity timeline, in English and Arabic
Access control and AI
- You see only your own documents. Access is checked on the server.
- IP addresses and browser details are visible only to the owner and admins.
- AI features run only when you open them, and only on your own files.
- An AI summary you generate is saved with your file so you don't have to run it again.
